Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Items on sale or part of promotional offers are not eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are applicable only for defective or damaged items.
- If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with a photo or video showing the issue.
- Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- The product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
- The return is initiated within the 7-day return window.

Non-Refundable Fees:
- Shipping fees, bank charges, and any third-party payment processing fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at customercare@zephare.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
