We currently ship to all major cities and regions across Pakistan.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, including tracking details.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under PKR 2,000, a flat shipping fee of PKR 150 applies.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above PKR 2,000.

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Orders typically take 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, which you can use to track the delivery status on our courier partner’s website.

6. Undelivered Packages

In case of any issues with delivery, such as incorrect address or failure to receive the package, our customer support team will assist in rescheduling the delivery or arranging for pickup at a nearby location.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We are working to expand our delivery services internationally soon.
